COMMISSION ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL FUTURE OF WALES (2023)
Delivering a nationwide bilingual roadshow to capture public voices on Wales’ constitutional future.
Services
End-to-end roadshow delivery including; venue liaison; stakeholder coordination, bilingual communication; merchandise; branding; survey delivery; staffing, and data management.
The Challenge
The Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales needed an inclusive and accessible way to engage citizens across the country in a national conversation. The programme needed to reach diverse communities, encourage participation, and capture meaningful, representative feedback.
Our Approach
As part of the overall strategy Cazbah designed and delivered a bilingual roadshow programme spanning 25 locations across Wales. Events were held in accessible public spaces including town centres, shopping areas, and community venues to encourage both planned and spontaneous participation.
We managed all logistics, staffing, branding, and survey delivery, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations. Each was supported by bilingual promotional materials and trained bilingual facilitators to ensure a welcoming and informative experience for all participants.
We also supplied engaging promotional content so that events could be widely promoted across digital and local channels to attract a diverse cross-section of participants.
The Outcome
A highly visible and inclusive public engagement programme that successfully captured a wide range of perspectives and contributed directly to national policy discussions.
