NATIONAL FOREST FOR WALES PROGRAMME

The National Forest for Wales is a flagship Welsh Government initiative designed to create a connected network of woodlands across the country for the benefit of people, nature, and climate. Cazbah was commissioned to design and deliver a virtual stakeholder engagement programme to gather insight, feedback, and ideas to shape the early stages of the initiative.

Working closely with the Welsh Government team, we developed and managed a series of six bilingual online sessions over three days, using the eventbocs platform. The aim was to create a welcoming and interactive digital environment that encouraged collaboration, participation, and discussion among a diverse range of stakeholders.

Cazbah oversaw all aspects of event design and delivery — from project planning and advertising through to speaker support and technical production. We coordinated a campaign across Google and YouTube to drive engagement, attracting 539 registered participants and nearly 4,000 visits to the booking site. Each session combined live and pre-recorded content, with dedicated breakout rooms and chat functions enabling participants to share experiences and contribute feedback directly to the Welsh Government team.

In addition to managing the live events, we provided training and rehearsals for speakers and facilitators to ensure confident, high-quality presentations. All sessions were recorded in HD and made available on-demand after the event, extending reach and accessibility.
