COMMISSION ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL FUTURE OF WALES PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT EVENTS
The Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales was established by Welsh Government to engage the public in a national conversation about Wales’ future governance. To support this, Cazbah was commissioned to design and deliver a bilingual roadshow programme of public engagement events across Wales.
Working in close collaboration with the Commission team, Cazbah organised and managed 25 pop-up events in towns and cities across all regions of Wales. The aim was to create accessible opportunities for citizens to share their views on Wales’ constitutional future and to ensure a balanced and inclusive approach to engagement.
The events were delivered in community spaces, shopping centres and public venues, designed to encourage spontaneous participation and dialogue. Each was supported by bilingual promotional materials and trained facilitators to ensure a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors.
Cazbah handled all aspects of planning and logistics — from venue liaison and staffing to branding, survey delivery and data management. The team also ensured that events were widely promoted across digital and local channels to attract a diverse cross-section of participants.
