Welsh Water has invested more than £7million in innovative projects, and asked Cazbah to help bring these to life at their annual conference.

Held at the Royal College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, the event brought together 350 delegates, from inside and outside of the industry.

Working with Welsh Water’s Innovation Team Cazbah utilised their event management expertise and helped to put together an exciting, interactive programme including demonstrations of latest technology like virtual reality, augmented reality and cognitive chatbots.

There was a choice of workshops, an innovation zone, an exhibition, and input by leading industry speakers. Cazbah provided input and advice throughout, set up and managed the interactive exhibition, with staff on hand all day.

Results

Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with 99% of delegates ranking the day as excellent or good, highlighting the great buzz around the event.
