The Venturefest brand aimed to promote innovation, entrepreneurship and investment - and the event in Wales attracted more people than any other for Venturefest UK in 2016.  Cazbah delivered all the planning and event management, including the creative design to drive attendance, followed by a full day at the SSE Swalec Stadium in Cardiff, where delegates had access to founders of billion-dollar companies and inspirational welsh entrepreneurs.

All branding, creative design, website, and social media was done in-house within Cazbah, while we brought in trusted partners for print, photography and exhibition material. We attracted sponsorship in excess of £30,000.

It was a festival-style event with keynote speakers, seminars and fringe events all aiming to improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Wales by connecting innovators, entrepreneurs and investors – under the title Breaking Through Barriers.

Having delivered the first Venturefest Wales event in 2015 we learned from that, expanding the aspiration in 2016.  Working with business, government and academia we honed the messaging and content to give a valuable event for Welsh start-ups, scale-ups and professional service companies alike.

Results
