Carolyn brings 24 years’ experience in education – primary, secondary, FE and HE – as well as business, in Wales and abroad.  With Cazbah she works on the delivery and promotion of the Youth Entrepreneurship Strategy for Wales including the highly successful Enterprise Troopers competition. She has a passion for improving literacy and numeracy, teaching and learning, global linking, STEM and employer links and has advised the Welsh Government on strategy.
